This disclosure explains, in plain language, exactly what an In Motion Getaways promotional vacation package is and is not. Please read it before purchasing. It is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who We Are
In Motion Getaways is a promotional travel marketing agency. We are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, airline, or hotel operator. We market and sell access to discounted, partner-sponsored vacation packages fulfilled by independent resorts and travel providers in the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Canada.
2. The Promotional Nature of Our Packages
Our packages are offered below standard retail rates because they are sponsored by partner resorts, vacation-ownership programs, and travel-membership providers. These partners subsidize your discounted stay in exchange for the opportunity to present their products to you.
3. The Presentation Requirement
- The adult travelers on each package must attend one 90–120 minute travel presentation during the stay — typically an in-person resort, vacation-ownership, travel-membership, or travel-related presentation at or near the host property.
- Travelers who do not qualify for or cannot attend an in-person presentation may be offered a live online presentation by video call instead, at the partner's discretion.
- No purchase is required at any presentation, ever. Package benefits do not depend on your interest in the presented product.
- Failure to attend the required presentation may result in forfeiture of promotional benefits or a charge at the property's standard retail rate, as disclosed at booking.
4. Eligibility
- Packages are available to U.S. and Canadian residents, age 21 or older, with valid government-issued identification.
- Some partner presentations have additional qualification criteria — for example minimum household income, an age range, or attendance by both members of a cohabiting couple. Every criterion that applies to your package is disclosed to you before purchase.
5. Accommodations
Partner resorts are independently owned and operated. Specific properties, room types, views, and amenities are not guaranteed unless stated in your written reservation confirmation. Photographs and descriptions on this Site are for illustrative purposes and depict the destinations generally, not a specific guaranteed property.
6. Availability, Advance Notice, and Blackout Dates
- Packages are valid for 36 months from purchase.
- Reservations require at least 30 days' advance notice.
- Availability depends on seasonality and resort inventory, and blackout dates apply around major holidays. No specific date or property is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
7. Pricing and Savings
Advertised prices are promotional rates per couple in U.S. dollars. Comparison ("was") prices reflect the non-promotional package rates for equivalent stays at the time the offer was created. We do not guarantee any specific savings versus rates you may find elsewhere, and prices are subject to change until purchase.
8. What Is Not Included — Traveler Responsibilities
- Airfare, ground transportation, meals and beverages, activities, gratuities, incidentals, travel insurance, and applicable taxes and resort fees are not included unless expressly stated.
- Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents (passports for international travel), health precautions, and their own safety during travel and activities.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for international stays.
9. Refunds
Unredeemed packages are refundable within 30 days of purchase; confirmed reservations are non-refundable. The complete policy, including the exception process, is our Refund Policy.
