What exactly is a promotional vacation package?
A promotional package is a resort stay offered below standard rates because it is sponsored by our resort partners. In exchange for the discount, adult travelers attend a 90–120 minute travel presentation during the stay. There is never an obligation to purchase anything — the presentation is the entire trade.
Is there any obligation to buy something at the presentation?
No. Attending the presentation fulfills your side of the promotion completely. Whether you have any interest in what's presented is entirely up to you, and your package benefits are identical either way.
How long do I have to use my package?
Every package is valid for 36 months from the purchase date. Reservations require at least 30 days' advance notice and are subject to resort availability and seasonal blackout dates around major holidays.
What if I change my mind after purchasing?
Unredeemed packages — where no reservation has been confirmed with a partner resort — qualify for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The complete policy, including how to submit a request, is in our Refund Policy.
