- Reservations require minimum 30 days advance notice, space-available basis
- High-season, holidays, and special events may have limited availability and surcharge fees
- 5-star hotel rooms may require upgrade or surcharge fees
- Upgrades do not include resort fees, parking, pet fees, or incidental deposits
- Full balance must be paid before reservation is finalized
- All guests must attend a 60–120 minute travel presentation
- Guests must be U.S. or Canadian citizens, speak English, present valid ID
- At least one guest must have a major credit card
- Group travel is not permitted
- Modifications/cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email at least 5 business days before 2:00 PM PST prior to check-in
